Hey guys, been on a little bit of a wild goose chase trying to find the correct part number for my Coupe. Has anyone here found out what the correct part number is? I've called local dealers and they were unhelpful. Scowered the net, checked accessory lists and part maps. No luck. Also not looking for used or second hand.
eBay will likely be your best bet and even then you might have to wait before a new set pops up. These cars are now 10+ years old and I seriously doubt Nissan is going to start another production run for mats.
I bought a new set from eBay last year, p/n: G4900-JK60P (black, 3 panels) for roughly $100 with shipping. Granted they were not the "premium" mats I was originally looking for but it is what it was. The seller is 'carpartscorner' and they sell NOS (new old stock) Nissan and Infiniti parts. I have purchased from them a few times over the years and never had any issues.
Do not focus too much on the last 5-digits of the part number in this case. Rather, rely on the pictures and information from the seller. Any floor mats for a G37/G25/Q40 will fit these cars- difference being the number of panels (3 for Coupe, 4 for sedan/ 'Vert) and the lettering/ logo.
Then there are the aftermarket offerings which I will let others chime in on...
I understand its pushing close to 18 years old and I've accepted that even if I were to find the correct part number. The odds of finding a NOS or Infiniti doing another production run is slim.
Thank you for sharing that seller. I came across them last year when I was looking and reached out to them. I asked them if they could stock the black coupe set and they informed me to just keep an eye out on their new listings and hopefully they stock one in the near future. Which is to be expected but I thought it was worth a shot to ask.
I know there are many options but currently not interested in aftermarket offerings. Trying to keep them OEM.
While I understand your want for OEM you will have to be realistic. For a 18-year-old car floor mats are not on Nissan's list of priorities. As long as you understand you are looking for a needle in a haystack then persistence is your only option.
That said, using my VIN ('08 Coupe) I found G4900-1VT0E at a trusted dealership that I use. However, those mats are listed as "Backordered" or "Not Available" on each and every catalog I checked. They are not even available overseas.
I completely understand. Needle in a haystack for sure.
Just to clarify, your local trusted dealer told you that G4900-1VT0E would be a direct replacement but at the time was backordered/unavailable. Also would you be able to comment on the number of hook loops on the driver mat either one or two?
On the rare occasions I order parts domestically, I either use discountinfinitiparts.com or infinitioforlandparkparts.com. Both are the online stores of legitimate dealerships and both of their catalogs show the G4900-1VT0E p/n. Each and every site I checked- domestically and overseas- shows backordered or NLA. Likely, these will never be produced again but that is my opinion.
I ordered the G4900-JK60P from eBay (carpartscorner) last year based on the images shown. With Nissan's excessive habit of superseding part numbers I knew it would be a headache. They were listed for the sedan, are 3 panels, black, embroidered Infiniti logo (Fuji) butfit the Coupe just fine. The driver-side mat has 2 loops for the holdbacks of which only one loop is used. Passenger-side has one loop. Only that you mentioned one loop vs. two I never thought about them one time. Who looks, anyway? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I checked underneath and there are no p/n's embossed on the mats so no help there.
Forgive the appearance, I need to vacuum the mat but you get the idea.
All I am saying is that you might have to compromise somewhere.

The G37 mats will fit any G. The coupes used 1 piece for the rear while the sedan used 2 but they fit either one. The only difference like you said is the extra hole in the front mat starting in 2010 i believe. The different part #'s were because they changed the logo on the mats as the years went by.
