Question Coolant Leaking into Spark Plug Tube

Hello everyone,
I am Evan, I have a 2008 Infiniti G37s with 152k miles and I am new to the MYG37 forums. I have had an issue lately with my car being low on coolant and leaking but it wasn't getting into the oil, also the car has been shaking after I get to around 3k rpm for the first few miles of driving. I had figured the issue was the spark plugs or my coils having gone bad. This morning I go to swap the coils and plugs with everything going well until I get to the #1 cylinder on the passenger side. I pulled the coil and the spark plug tube was filled with coolant. I am thinking head gasket may be blown but when looking at new gaskets I noticed that there are spark plug tube seals, I am wondering if there is a possibility that my problem lies in the spark plug tube seals having gone bad. Any advice will be considered as help, thanks!!!
