Multiple codes - 2009 G37 base

I need help my 2009 g37 base automatic will start but then dies on me I put in a code scanner and this what it says " P1168 P010C P0102 P0051 P2132 P0228 P0300 P0113 P1705 P1721 P0720 P0615 C1131 C1130 C1109 PLS ANYONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS !!!!
