rpm rises while shifting 6mt

when i clutch in my rpm rises 200 to 300 rpm instead of dropping, is there a way to change this i don't like how it sounds like i'm driving an auto and have to wait a couple seconds before the revs drop for a clean upshift. i have a zspeed 19lb flywheel
thanks

What is the rpm when you shift? Is this only while the engine is cold, or while it's warm as well?

I'm guessing it's due to the lightweight FW. Try lifting on the accel a split second (more than usual) on the upshift. I think this isn't a *problem* as much as it is a new *condition* with the new FW. You'll have to learn around it.
