Crazy shifter vibration

Wondering if anyone has any ideas of what could be causing my shifter to vibrate so much. It's not just the shifter mind you it's the entire car that's vibrating and the engine along with it but I can't pinpoint the issue.
Wondering if its tranny mount, engine mount, or what.
There also sounds to be like flywheel chatter so maybe my dual mass flywheel is going bad? I can hear loose metal clanking as well when I accelerate / decelerate.

This started after I was racing someone and couldn't get into gear then all of a sudden my car is shaking like crazy. Then it went away the next day and only worsened after fast acceleration. Now it's gotten worse to the point where the car is shaking all the time.

Check the carrier bearing in the driveshaft.

A worn transmission mount can also cause vibration.
