Knocking/Pinging while accelerating

'10 G37 7AT (VIDEO HERE:
)

I know I've seen this issue come up in the past yet I seen different problem solving results. Fairly confident nothing is loose, spent time today banging things around. Sounds internal. Happens on a cold start and also while revving around 1500 - 2000 RPM regardless of gear position (stationary/moving). Idle sounds normal and good. I'm wondering if maybe due to an oil pressure drop - if it's the valve lifters or possibly timing chain guide.

Suggestions or past experiences on this noise would be greatly appreciated. I can provide more sound/video.

I'm in for two options: A- pay the shop -Tear it up myself . I travel for work so time down for fixing isn't super imperative.

What is your CEL light telling you?

Sounds like a rod or loose catalytic converter cell.

How's your oil (metal?)
