Was my G37 too expensive? Should I trade/sell?

So I bought a black 2012 G37S Coupe Manual with 98k miles last Oct 21'. I got it for 17k but me being clueless ended up signing off on $3k more for GPS and Theft systems after they put me in a room by myself with all their dealers to be basically interrogated. Car ended up being 22k after taxes. I love the car so much but was the price worth it?

I enjoy those times in the room with the finance manager....

"No........"
"No........"
"No........"
"No........"
"No........"
"No........"
"No........"
"No........"
"No........"

Eventually he gets the message. I did get screwed by a crappy rate considering my score. However, screwed them back by refinancing after 2 days. Got the rebate and the low rate.

To answer your question, it must of been worth it, else you wouldn't have accepted the deal.

In todays market $17k OTD would've been a good deal considering its a facelift 2012 model (not likely to have gallery gasket issues). I see 2008 6MT coupe's with 80k-120k miles going for $15k + as is. I know it was already $17k before taxes but I would've been able to live with it myself if the car was clean and well maintained. IMO you got hosed there with that extra 3k worth of stuff. You can try listing it but you aren't going to make back that $22k so you're kinda stuck with it, unless you want to take the hit and go buy something else.

Mileage considerations aside, assuming it's running well... a 2012 G37S Coupe 6MT is a really rewarding car. Just enjoy it, and stop beating yourself up about how you got manipulated into paying for 3 grand of nonsense.

Now go get yourself some swaybars, a decent catback, a STS and the RJM pedal, then drive the p1ss out of it for as long as you can.

it's not too bad if you look at it a certain way

22K for a car that you cannot buy in today's new car market (Manual, RWD, V6, freedom, etc)

I wouldn't really complain
