weird clink sound when shifting 2012 g37 AT7spd

I have noticed this click sound near back tires, (thread update... Im pretty sure its Axle click now) on my 2012 G37 journey coupe 7spd and have no clue what it is: https://www.shorturl.at/hwDPT video in link, if anyone knows if this is normal or if somethings wrong please holla at me at ioxrogue@gmail.com it also clicks when slowing down and accelerating.
