Is this normal rust for 100k miles?

Hey guys I recently purchased a 2012 X coupe with 106k miles. Car drives fantastic, however, I’ve never purchased a car with over 100k miles before so I wanted to get folks expert opinion on these rust spots I took photos off.

Are these rust areas normal or does it look like I’ll be having to put out some $ to get them repaired sooner than later? Thanks in advanced!

Rust has little to do with mileage. I've seen cars with 50k that look worse and I've seen cars with 200k with far less. It's all about the environments it's driven in and how it's cared for. People can live and drive in salt states and still manage to keep rust to a minimum by simply washing it's undercarriage occasionally through the winter.

Must be a very northern car. My car at 150k looks better than that, and its an 07.

It's not too bad though, aside from that brace and whatever that box thing is.

Thanks! Yes I’m in the Northeast and the original owner was as well.
