Spare tire help

*HELLLLP*
I have a 2008 Infiniti G37s, and I bought it with aftermarket Brembo brakes already installed from the previous owner. One of my tires blew out yesterday and when I put on the factory spare tire to get home, I noticed that the brakes were actually rubbing up on the spare tire, thus preventing it to move at all... Did anyone went through this and if so, what other spare tire could I use for clearance?

You need the spare wheel from a sport model. I'm assuming the previous owner installed the sport brakes but didn't change the spare.

X2 on what was commented. And beware the space for the spare kind of forces you to buy this specific Infiniti spare which needs to be no smaller than 18. Expect to pay $100-150 for one.

If you end up having difficulties finding one you could buy a single spacer $20 to space the spare out if this happens again.

You gotta start using rotors that are coated against rust. My other car that had rotors that weren't coated had rust that spread to my pads, calipers, and brake shields. It rusted so bad that the rear pads were stuck in the caliper and were prevented from making contact with the rotor.
