Ahhhh yes, the infamous oven cleaner gas-out. Hopefully your lungs have fully recovered from that one

I can sympathize, decades ago while working on a semiconductor etch chamber, I got a face full of chlorine gas compliments of a failed ARAP unit. Recovery was not pleasant
