Can any of the issues pictured below cause a slow throttle response?

So attached below is a picture from a check up I had Infiniti do. Typical stuff...
My question is - do you guys think any of the stuff below would cause a slow throttle response?
By any chance, is a slower throttle response a typical symptom of one of the issues listed below?
We've all complained about the G37's slow throttle, but I think mine MIGHT be an exceptional case.. to the point where Infiniti itself agreed there was a problem, and so did Moncef after reading some of my logs. Anyway, I'm going to be getting these fixed soon at an indy shop so it might give me hope that the throttle would improve just a bit.
