Need help figuring this issue out.Started having a misfire/hesitation normally while accelerating but also at idle while in gear(auto).Noticed a high pitched whine in engine bay,sounds like fuel delivery system,my theory is that the fuel pressure dampener is bad and causing the problem anyone else had this problem?

 

Did you ever figure it out ? Having same symptoms
