Hello I was wondering on how rare my IPL G Is and how many they had made throughout the years? Mine an 11 IPL G is a Malbec black/ red interior combo with 7at and purchased mine with <20k miles for $26k out of the door. Pretty rare and the malbec/red is the best combo, in my opinion...I have considered selling but always think I will regret it. Hard to find lower mileage ones nowadays, most are over 100k and still over 15k. Dealers have NO idea on how to value it as there are so FEW in the market at a given point.
Brought my 2011 Malbec black/red leather IPL for $13,500 with only 47K miles from a dealer because he got it on a trade and thought it was a regular G. Has clean title and no accidents.
I heard they made roughly 700 a year from MY 2011-2014. What the split was I am not sure. But I rarely see one out and about so its nice to have a rare G. Here is mine:
