Search for G37 headlight retrofits, there are many good tutorials on opening up your headlights that were developed by people modding the G37 headlights, adding rings, demon eyes, clear lenses, etc.
If you open your headlights, buy some new butyl seal to reseal them. Your original seal is likely no good, for whatever reason. Also, while you are in there, you can clean the projector assemblies, they get "smoky" deposits on the lenses and reflectors that over time reduce light output. I believe a forum member documented that process on here, once you get the headlight assy's open it's pretty straight-forward. And of course, you could add demon eyes, angle eyes, porsche LEDs, etc. The projector shrouds are fairly easy to tinker with and are available online from a few vendors.
