So I found this by the fuse box and battery never seen it before don’t know what it is does anyone know? I am also consumed red due to the other wires that are cut and only a black and red wire is attached. I have a 08 G37 Coupe

 

Just google the part number. It's a GPS vehicle tracking device.

 

Unless it runs on sprint, i wouldn't worry too much.. vzw is in the process of shutting down 3g/cdma by year's end.
