Question Which exhausts fit nicely with the Autokits coupe diffuser? Which don't?

I'm currently rocking the V1 diffuser with a stock exhaust, and it causes the stock exhaust to be sunken in; doesn't look that great. I want to pick something up that mates well with the diffuser. Before I do so, I want to know what fits well and what doesn't.

- Stock exhaust fits, but doesn't look good.
- I've read that the TopSpeed exhaust will end up touching and melting the diffuser.
- Someone recently posted they were selling their diffuser because it won't fit with their Invidia Gemini catback.

I'm interested in the Infiniti Sport Accessory muffler and the Tanabe Medalion axle-back, or any option really that won't break the bank and won't fall apart.

This diffuser is a very popular mod; there's gotta be a bunch of experience with this on here. What works? What doesn't? Thanks for any help!

I run Motordyne on my car with the V2. Fits perfectly, and since the tips are adjustable you can have them more sunk in or more visible.

ARK Grip with V2 diffuser here. Makes the rear end look super aggressive due to the low-hanging mufflers and the tips fit real well. Don't have any pics available because work PC but lots of pics available on Google

Ark and motordyne are a little more than I'm trying to spend at the moment, unfortunately. This is a pseudo bump to see if anyone with the Tanabe can chime in.

At this point, I'm highly considering just picking up some nice exhaust tips (Borlas, maybe?), and hitting up a Meineke to weld 'em on to the oem muffler.

Had my eye on these.

Does anyone know if the Sport Accessory muffler and the IPL muffler are the same dimensions? I understand they are different overall, but regarding the length and size of the tips? Would an IPL muffler provide me with the same appearance as cparise's pictures up top?

I just ordered a brand new Infiniti Sport accessory muffler. Thanks for all those that chimed in, especially cparise; those pics sold me.

You could always go custom. That way, the fit will be exactly how you want.

Do you have HFC’s or test pipes? And any drone?
I have HFC’s and put an axle back on and the drone was horrible. That or maybe I am just getting too old! Lol

Z1 test pipes, no drone

Please keep in mind the Invidia was 2 resonators, X-pipe and 2 mufflers. It's really a full exhaust system
