C pillar fabric cleaning

So I had my car worked on and the mechanic left dirt prints on the c pillar tan fabric. What is the best way to clean this as I have tried and it just seems to spread? Thank you

Use a clean soft toothbrush and a foaming interior cleaner with oxyclean. Turtle wax makes a good cleaner I use. When you're done, gently scrub or blot the area with a clean damp cloth. Remember do the entire pillar so you dont have a really clean area or a watermark. Do not saturate the material. A little should go a long way.
