This is off the Autokits website for the diffuser v2.

What rear spoiler is that??

Any help would be appreciated.

 

It looks like a OEM g37 rear spoiler from factory. Infiniti's on the G's come with two types of spoilers. One is the smaller chrome type ones, the other are the one you see in your picture. You can buy that spoiler from the dealer and install it yourself. Last time I checked they were around 500+ painted to your car factory paint.
