'08 Original Owners -anyone else left from the dying breed?

I know @ 10 years seems like almost forever for owning a vehicle but I still have mine - bought in the first few months they came out. Don't see any compelling reason to sell or get into something else.

Any other original owners? What are your plans?

Fortunately, I don't get tickets any more - but the first two years were rough.

Mine is non-nav but I can stream music fine from my iPhone.

My only potential upgrade might be the radar detector - state-of-the art back in the day but those units have come a long way since then.

My next vehicle will probably be an SUV or pickup with a strong towing capacity to replace my current SUV (bought new in 2002, but also running like a champ). So I figure I can keep the G for near forever as a fun car. Also fortunate to have an excellent local mechanic specializing in Nissans/Infinitis and mods.

Original owner here . 08 IP couple of mechanical issues but are fixed. 76,000 miles. Mine is a money pit for mods. Sits in the garage and I work on it almost every Sat. I took my wife's 15 QX70 S and bought her a 2017 Q50 S Sedan.

Second owner 08 Journey owner here. Love it, and am only considering trading for a 2010-13 G37x to get the upgrades and AWD for the snow.

But it's really a perfect car for what I need.

Original 2008 owner (purchased in Sept 2007 as party of a group buy on this forum!) with 135K miles on it, still pretty much looks and runs like the day I bought! Mostly stock, no mechanical issues, hairline crack around the left side AC vent. Had the battery drain problem and the rpm surge issue when it was new but was fixed per the TSBs. The only other issue was a loose transmission mount that was also fixed under warranty. I was planning on getting the Q60RS but was disappointed with the lack of an LSD and some other stuff. Waiting to see if they revise the 2018 models any, but I don't feel the need to replace the G for now.

I bought an '08 Sport Coupe brand new. I have 162k on it, and the only problem I've had is that my a/c compressor went out at 155k. Not too shabby. It's my daily driver, and other than the Check Engine light always being on for some reason, I never have any issues whatsoever. Runs great, even though I see the gas mileage decline a bit. I'll probably keep it forever since it's paid off. It's hard to justify another car payment!

I've owned mine since 2013. Just turned 94K and she looks new and makes a great cruiser. I agree with AMC, the new Q60 is not a car that I am interested in.
