New to this forum but i am lost and need some help.
The alternator on my 09 G37s was not charging and i changed it today. Once i lowered it back down and went to start it it clicked for a second then stopped.

After charging the battery longer and a couple more tries with no success, my g wouldn't even go to acc .

So now when i get in the car with my intelligent key, the orange light saying it recognized the key is on as well as the red alarm light blinking. When i hit the push button to start car or put into acc nothing happens.

Key fob works and i can unlock and lock doors, set alarm and all that stuff.

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks

Are you sure your battery is not close to dead?

Sounds like a dead battery, try jumping it with another car. After driving it around for 20 minutes or so it should be able to turn off and start again on its own. If not, you need a new battery.
