I mean, on the 10.5 you can run up to 275 IIRC. Like I said I am running 255's no spacers.

I could have, but since I’m running 9.5 I went with 245/40/19. It’s about the same as 255s on a 10” wheel. i just found them to be more optimal and overall better looking imo. Eventually I’d like to go 245/40-275/35. I’m actually looking at a black set of Work Varianza T1S 19x9.5/10.5 +25.

Just bought my first G37 yesterday and I’m finding it hard to wipe the smile off my face. This thing is a beast. I’ve always admired them from afar but had no idea how much fun they are to drive. My new favorite toy is bone stock other than a cat-back, strut bar and tint.

It’s a 2010 Journey with only 74K on it and judging by the paint and interior it’s been garaged and babied. Not quite sure what to do about the tips - I love the way this thing sounds but I'm not a fan of the grapefruit shooters. Trouble is they tuck nicely up against the rear valance so I'll probably just keep them until I get side skirts, etc.

Crappy weather here atm so these are dealer pics but there you have it. Happy to join the club

Believe it or, there's not actual side skirts. After tiring online research, I couldn't find anything I liked so I Plasti-dipped them on... lol (Lame I know, but I love how it turned out.)
p.s. Sorry for the late reply.

Can't help but admire every time I come across photos of these wheels. Would have put a set on my Q but other things were important to tackle. :') Timeless!

I took a clay bar to half of the car tonight, plan to do the rest some time later this week (car stays in garage). 2013 G37S 6MT with about 62k miles. I flew to New Jersey and bought it about a month ago, drove it back to California through a snowstorm on 9 year old tires (definitely **** my pants more than once), made it back home in 2 days. The front end took a beating so I got the front 4 panels repainted and its given the car a few years back. Wheels are currently finished with Brass Monkey PlastiDip (2 coats black + 2 Brass Monkey), there are some imperfections in the original finish and I wasn't keen on spending the money for refinishing/new wheels just yet. I think it looks pretty good. I'm back and forth on whether or not to tint windows because I think this is a clean OEM look.

Since bringing the car home I've done the following:
New tires: Hankook Ventus V2 Concept 2, stock size -- relatively inexpensive, comfy, and will let me have some fun with the back end without too much effort.
LSD fluid: Motul 300 LS 75w90
MT fluid: Redline MT85
Oil and filter change: full synthetic (not sure what, got it done at a local shop)
New cabin and engine air filters
New caliper bleed nipple caps - its a minor thing but really makes a difference in freshening up the car aesthetically
Removed locking lug nuts
Removed stupid New Jersey related windshield stickers

I've got some parts coming in the next few days so I'll be installing:
Gloss black grill
Beluga mid pipe back exhaust (coming tomorrow, install this weekend, stoked)

Then I'll probably be itching to get wheel spacers to address the chicken leg syndrome and give the car a more muscular look. I had ordered an R1 concepts brake kit (rotors+pads, front+rear) but while inspecting with wheels off I found the existing rotors and pads had plenty of life left so I returned them. I may get a brake fluid flush however since brake feel is a bit lacking.

I wouldn't mind if the front was like half an inch lower, oh well...

Well, the day after I posted the picture above I went and got a pair of 370z front springs off eBay and took care of that front wheel gap.
