Browsing around the forum doing some research, I saw the top speed exhausts were good and now the latest batch is just straight garbage. I saw a few newer posts saying it was better. Have any of you heard any news as to fixing some of the issues they were having? Anyone bought one within the past six months that they can comment on? Thanks!

 

I had both version straight pipe and resonated. They both were fine. What issues were reported?

 

It was a lot of fitment issues and just general craftsmanship

 

I bought both within last two months. They fit fine. Welds looked fine. As with any ebay part longevity is the real test. I sold both of mine. Resonated was too quiet and straight pipe too loud. I know have invidia gemini also too quiet for me and just purchased motordyne e370 hope its perfect.

 

I'm trying to find that sweet spot too. I don't have the flexibility to drop 1,200 on a stillen or 900 on an invidia so I was looking into the topspeed with an HFC or a resonated test pipe.. itll be my "budget exhaust"

 

I have the Top Speed Bevel Tips exhaust (less than a month). I love it so far. Barely any drones. It's loud enough but not enough to wake up the neighbors (which I wanted).

 

I just wanted to say that i love the name OP "Jabba the ****" ....haha i use to say that alot.

 

Bought the resonated one recently within the last month, quality pretty good & its definitely a bump from stock exhaust sound & doesnt drone or anything, i do kinda want louder but thats not a priority - fitment issues, left side hangs a lil lower than the right side but i havent bothered to try adjusting fitment yet since its been 109 degrees here in AZ lol

 

Jabba, I haven't heard any problems w/ the Coupe versions, and from the previous replies it seems the latest shipments have been fine.

The Sedan sets have had some fitment issues, so that may be where you've heard of issues perhaps ???

 

I have had my topspeed/beluga axle back for roughly 6 months so far and I love it. Noticeable torque increase and great sound. Once I get my high flow cats it will sound even better.

 

I have the Topspeed resonated with test pipes. 2 Years and still no issues with it. Mufflers still holding up even after lots of flames have come through it
