New pics with new wheels + dyno tune

Hi all,

This weekend, I got my '08 G37S dyno tuned by John at Z1 and we got 331rwhp out of her. Z1 is emailing me a graph on Monday and i'd be happy to post it if interested. She pulls hard now! Also put a set of Vossen CV2's on her -- 20x10.5 and 20x9. Hope you like!

Mods: Stillen CAI, ARK catback, ARK x-pipe, Z1 hi-flow cats, Z1 clutch and aluminium flywheel

Looks great asbyo! Welcome to the Vossen family.

How do you like the Ark exhaust? Did you add the hi flo cats bc it just wasn't loud enough without them? Only asking bc I'm considering pulling the trigger on this exhaust. I currently have the Greddy and love the way it sounds but the Ark just looks better.

Nice job all around and sounds like you've got some nice gains w/ your current setup.

can't argue w/ that look from the back, those Arks are always looking bad to the bone!

I seen the dyno on their Facebook page nice gains man I like that with only those 3 mods you can get some impressive numbers! I only need two more things ark exhaust and hfc and then I'll be getting tuned since I have my Stillen gen 3's for my first mod!

The ARK exhaust is hands down my favorite mod I've done. Alone, it's definitely loud enough but doesn't cross over into too loud. I ignore the haters that say it underperforms and proved them wrong with my numbers. John and the Z1 team think the hidden piece to the ARK setup is the hiflow cats. The cats made it just about too loud, but damn the WOT sound is incredible.

Best sounding exhaust for our motors in my opinion and you get exactly what you should on the gains.

I do not recommend offroad test pipes with the ARK setup.

Pull the trigger

Whoa 331whp from intake, exhaust and a tune. That's pretty damn impressive. What did you tune it with?

Haha, I was pretty impressed. John at Z1 used Uprev. For the pulls, it was on 93 octane from Shell, 80 degrees outside (cloudy day in Atlanta) and 80-90% humidity

FWIW, I take religiously good care of my car. It's a 2008 with 80k on it and has been meticulously cared for. The TB's are cleaned every month, lines/hoses/seals are checked like it's my job, and I do all my own work (within reason, I own a home but don't own a garage.... ). I'm just glad she tore it up on a 80 degree and humid summer day in Georgia.

If you're ever in Atlanta, holler at me and i'll let you drive her.

Thanks man! Hey -- can you link me where you saw the graph? John/Z1 didn't get it to me today and I was busy at work and didn't get a chance to call them.

Stillen gen3 is a great starter mod, good moves all around. You should really like how it feels post-tune. Really woke her up.

Beautiful car, tastefully done with a mean streak as well.
Pls clarify your baseline on HP before the mods.
Thx

Thanks for the comments. Wish I had a baseline. I never threw it on the dyno stock, I'm afraid to say.

(I'm treating this as the baseline pre-AAM twin turbo )
