Will the lower grille be chicken wire mesh or OEM plastic mesh?

It'll be typical black wire mesh. The Lower OEM grille is 200+ from Infiniti... You can do the Honey comb abs mesh yourself for about $50... Either can be used, its just we didn't see the need for the extra cost.

Will the OEM grill fit if a person was willing to spend the $200? or find and pick it up used for a better price?

Unsure but most likely not. I'll be personally using the ABS Honey Comb mesh you can find on ebay for about 35 dollars, just cut it to fit then mount it with some FG Resin.

*Update:

I just talked with Outcast Garage, they are doing the bumper with tabs so you can cut and fit any mesh you'd like, but OEM will likely not fit.

I was all in, but after the final details came out I have some reservations. I think I'll take a backseat on this one and wait for some reviews.

With that being said, maybe you should get one and let me know what you think.

Lol I likely would have if I hadn't JUST gotten my 11+ sport bumper. Didn't want to deal with trying to sell so I just dropped my car off at the shop

Q50 front

The alternative is one that fits OEM grills and lights with perfect g37 factory fitment. Previous comments to the poorer quality haven't been seen on my end. But, I've only seen the first one. Time, I'm sure will tell.

I genuinely think Outcast is going to deliver high quality, beautiful Q50 style bumpers. But, they aren't the only option. It seems this thread has become focused on the Outcast production and I genuinely hope the best. DM me if anyone is interested in other options. These guys happen to be here in Houston and working on a custom bumper for me.

*edit - test fitting went oem perfect as expected. These look really good. Not my favorite admittedly. There's too much bumper there. But, it's aggressive and flows perfectly.

It doesn't really flow perfectly, see the driver side where the 2 bumpers meet? And please stop posting his work on our topics, I don't want people interested in our bumper getting his work confused as ours Thanks.
