Agreed ^^ sad to hear it was not just me that got poor service from them. I tried to order from them a month ago ...the guy was not very sales focused... he kept quoting me the wrong prices and the wrong products and each time it took him 24 hours to get back to me. I felt honestly like I was bothering him. After emailing for 5 days and simply trying to clear up what the price would be...I got feed up and In the end I went straight to Autox and got the V1 for way less. Plus they shipped it to me in about 2 weeks! Their service was immediate responsive and they answered all my questions....great customer service!

I plan on avoiding Outcast in the future...but honestly they probably dont care ...at least thats the impression they gave me.......

UPDATE: Well it shipped out today. But, the listing has been ended "due to an error in the listing" lol. So thats a great start. I saved a copy of the webpage with the add since it says they guarantee perfect fitment so we will see!

Looking at their ratings on Ebay they have a 98% rating and have been around since 2013. Only 1 negative review on their page.

Like I said, Im hoping for the best and can always return it or do a charge back on my card.

Carbon fiber....already a scary material to get good fitment, ebay ....not the best place to find good fitment....and now the listing has ended due to error...

Eh. I bought a replica Votex front lip for my GTI off ebay and it fit perfectly. It's hit or miss but like I said, this seller had near perfect reviews.

I can't wait to see this thing lol.

You and me both haha. I can't tell if its a chinese company or not because it shipped immediately from New Jersey. Other listing for similar items were shipping from China.
