Crackling Sound?
Normal sounds of any performance car cooling down. Think about it: everything on the engine, including the exhaust get vey hot when being stretched to their limit. When that thermal stress is removed, and metal molecules return to a less excited state, the contraction makes noise. That's the sound you're hearing.
Happens all the time to me when I'm on my breakfast run in the morning and or at night. The tech at the dealership said it's just heat expansion of the car cooling down, pretty much what everyone is saying ^^^^

It's just your engine and exhaust cooling itself.
