Buzzing from rear view mirror

I have a '09 sport coupe. Most recently I've been having an annoying buzzing sound coming from my rear view mirror while I'm driving. It is particularly noticeable on bumpy roads. I'm sure that cooler weather also impacts it. Just looking for some input here. Anyone else have this annoying problem?

When I grab the mirror the noise stops. Obviously can't drive the 6 speed with my hand on the mirror. Lol. Thanks!

Have you taken a look behind the mirror to make sure nothing is damaged or lose?

No I haven't opened up the mirror to look inside. I have tightened the screw that affixes the mirror to the windshield. Not sure why the heck it's buzzing but I'm sure that it would super expensive to replace the whole mirror.

It's not the piece that slides and covers the wire running down is it? could be a bit loose.

Thanks. I think that may have been it. It had lifted out and I pushed it back down into the slot. Hope that eliminates that noise!
