Thinking of purchasing a 2008 G37, is this worth it?

Hello everyone, i'm new here, and i've always wanted to purchase a G37.

I found a 2008 G37 journey coupe with 90k miles, in gray for 10.9k
Seller said he had bought it in 2012 and from what i can tell it's in great condition regarding cosmetics, haven't seen it in person yet.

It has the Nav,backup camera, heated seats, etc.

I'm not so sure as to if G's have certain issues with model years, or whatever.
Anything i should check for specifically?

If anyone has any information i would appreciate it.

Heres a link to an album with some images of it.

Thank you!

The years prior to 2012 have an inferior timing cover gasket that can fail and cost about 18hrs of shop labor to repair. It's something that is hit or miss as most don't have any problems but those that do, it's a real PITA.
Other than that these are pretty reliable cars, and for $11k you're getting a very good performer, much better than most of what you can buy for that amount.

Wow 10.9K for a 90k miles g37 coupe which is quite loaded. Honestly that's a very low price for that car I think the trade in value is quite a bit more than that.

I say if it is in good mechanical condition you have an amazing deal.

I'll hop on the bandwagon, looks like a good car for a good price. Make sure to get it inspected thoroughly though, and ensure all of the electronics work fine. Do you know if it's been in any accidents?

I would get a third party mechanic to inspect the vehicle out. It's private party value is around 12-13 when I looked it up.

I agree, is it clean title? That is a very good deal. I picked mine up with 93k miles for more money.

Definitely get a PPI done. I'm guessing it will be about 300 bucks, but could save you a lot of $$ down the road if they uncover any issues. If it's a clean title without any accident history, it seems like a pretty screaming deal.

Yep, I always get a PPI done, very important if you're seriously interested in buying a car.
Thank you for the help everyone!
