Bumper Damage!

I have this situation but I'm curious as to how difficult will it be to put on a new fender and bumper. What should I look for after taking them off cause right now I know the fender is bent and the bumper is cracked. Plus i have to do the paint too.

Fender should be an easy fix for the body shop, bumper should be replaced as it will cost as much to fix that one as it would to just get a new bumper cover.
Might call your dealer and see if they have that bumper in stock. If they do have it in stock the shipping charge might be avoided, that's the killer as it can be about $250 just for the shipping.

Do you think, from the pics, if anything would be bent under the fender causing it ti not be properly aligned. Cause theres a gap between the hood and the fender if you can see it

There's some plastic pieces that anchor the fender, probably just pulled away from the one on the end. Hard to tell from the pics.

I think part of it depends on how good you are at DIY stuff and what kind of deal you can find... I got in a really minor parking lot accident in the snow over the winter and the bumper was fine but half of it needed to be repainted.

Painting half the bumper alone was $400 and I was able to get away with paying $300 (that was with a really good body shop)

I would think something like that would run you at least $800 if you were to pay someone to fix that for you. If you were going under 10mph in the accident there is probably no damage underneath.

New fender new bumper and paint for both, assuming there's no broken clips or anything underneath would probably run well over $800.

Ill go get a quote and check a body shop. Most likely they do it cheaper. But i dont want the inconvenience of leaving the car.
