Multiple Beeps After Starting Car

I have a 2010 G37S Coupe (obviously why I posted here). A few seconds after I start the car I hear several rapid beeps in a row. Probably 6-8. Sometimes this is accompanied by the hazards flashing. Does anybody have any idea what this is? Remote battery is new and I do not leave the car running and get out with the key. I also don't see any warning indicators on the dash.

I get this too on my 2008 G37S though I've never had any lights flash. It comes and goes and beeps randomly and I can never figure out what triggers it. At first I thought it might be a warning for me to buckle up before I start driving but even with the seat belt on it'll still beep at times.

Anyways, just thought I'd let you know that you're not the only one experiencing this beeping issue and should you figure out what is causing it, please post back and I'll do the same as well.

You may want to have the dealer or an independent shop look at this. They need to plug a diagnostic tool into the OBD 2 connector and determine what, if any "codes" appear. That will tell the tech what system(s) may need attention. It may be nothing, or it could be that there is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Good luck

This is usually an indication the rolling code from your I-key is not being communicated properly with your G. It could trigger the immobilization stage of the Infiniti security system and that's something to be avoided. As Chairman25 says, take it to your local dealer and have them plug in their CONSULT III+ unit. Bring both your I-keys and let them determine what needs to be reprogrammed.
