My 2011 G37 Coupe won't shut off - Help!

So I take a drive and end up parked. Mind you this is night time. Everything functions properly until I park. Now my engine won't shut off, headlights won't turn on, I can't pop my trunk open, signal lights won't work, and emergency shut off not working....

Yeah please help. Anyone

try and disconnect the battery, also after it is disconnected, leave the cables off for about half an hour. this should reset the ecu. hopefully this helps

Did your car's interior get wet?

No I don't think so. Is that the only reason my car would do that? Because I'm stumped

Another way it could happen is if this connection gets moved. Since it is obrounded it can actually move and be misaligned. When this happens the car will physically go into park, but the linkage will not "push" far enough for the electronics to sense it is actually in park.

Wet interior

I’m having the same problem with the car not turning off after getting wet.

The interior did get wet in a bad rain storm the other day and now the car won’t shut off.

I've attempted to remedy the leaking sunroof drain without luck.

any suggestions for solving this?
