Yeah, although the exhaust rumble overtone is pretty strong, it does not sound like just the classic clunking gear noise that is common. It sounds more like a bearing noise to me. Is it possible to post another video, just like that one, but with you slowly revving the motor so we can hear how/if the sound varies with engine rpms?

BTW, nice kicks

after doing a lot of research, ive pretty much narrowed it down to the "input shaft bearing" does anyone else agree? how much is the replacement

If it's a bearing, it will need replacement. I will say this is very unusual/atypical though, so again my question: Is there any chance this was a flood car?

Same EXACT noise from my '08 S. Only happens when the clutch isn't being pressed.

Changed the fluid today and the noise is still there. I'm 99% sure it's the throwout bearing, which would explain why it goes away when it's pressed (because now there's pressure on it).

Anybody know approx. how much a shop would charge to replace it?

its not the throw out bearing. its the input shaft bearing. I just ordered fluid so its coming any day now. The noise isn't as bad as other people so that's why I have slight hope this fluid change will work.
