The blue blinking LED light is on the windshield, above and behind the rear view mirror. It seems to be apart of a small antenna that is hard wired into the back side of the mirror. I will have pictures and maybe a youtube video tomorrow.
Question 2. Does the 37s have adaptive headlights? Do they move within a corner?

sound like an aftermarket alarm system for sure. You can't do nothing about it except putting a small piece of black electrical tape on it.
yup, something is not right with it.... may be a fake flashing alarm light wired incorrectly. Remove the cover behind the mirror and disconnect the wire to it... problem solved.
