Exclamation G37s Muffler deleted replaced with resonators

I just recently purchased my G well knowingly my stock muffler was shot. I ended up removing the muffler completely and replacing it with a resonator on each pipe right before the tips.

The work was done by a very reputable company custom exhaust company in my area and they did an amazing job. The look, price and sound were all right but my only concern is an annoying drone at lower RPMs (2500-3000). It sounds just as loud in the cabin as if you were standing right behind the car. When i am cruising on the highway you cannot hear the exhaust at all but on initial start-up and city cruising it can get a little annoying.

I was wondering if there were any solutions to make my exhaust a little quieter to remove some of the drone. I haven't touched the rest of the exhaust at all (minus replacing the stock muffler with resonators) and am looking to add, remove or replace components in the exhaust system. Sound deadening in the trunk or cabin is not the path i want to go down.

Any suggestions?

Get a new stock muffler or get a full exhaust from a reputable company. I am guessing that is only the way you will get rid of that drone. But be diligent on your search, because certain cbe's have drone as well
