Help! Car Stays in ACC mode after turning off

When I turned off my car tonight I noticed that the lcd screen stayed on. After doing my best to troubleshoot what's going on, I realized that the car is staying in ACC mode after being turned off. I have tried resetting the ECU by leaving the battery disconnected (tried for 15 mins, going to also try it overnight) and then reconnecting, and have not had any luck. I notice when I hit the off button to turn the car off, the engine turns off and unlocks the doors as it would normally, but flashes once on ACC. OFF doesn't flash - I'm not sure if it's supposed to flash to OFF or not - can anyone confirm? The intelligent key light also comes on after shutting off, but I'm not sure it's related.

Has anyone ever had this issue before?

I'm hoping that if resetting the ECU doesn't do the trick than maybe it's a faulty start/stop button? If not I would think this would be a complicated issue.

have you tried putting the Intelligent Key into the slot and turning it off? If so its the battery in your Key.

Yes - that didn't work when I tried it unfortunately.

BUT - the problem seems to have gone away - hopefully it doesn't come back. I'm using my other key now and have reset the ECU. Hopefully I'm in the clear.
