Definitely going with 20"; thinking staggered but I may change my mind when I'm actually going to buy them post winter.
Thanks! I can relate to how difficult the decision can be. I had so many things on my mind when selecting: weight, ride quality, looks, the AWD system, etc. I knew that I had to go with 20" wheels, otherwise I would have buyers remorse, and I am glad that I went that route. I REALLY like the staggered look. Another option is to go with a squared set and give it a staggered fitment with spacers, which would allow a full rotation. My previous tires weren't rotated regularly and wore pretty even so I am hopefully that a side to side rotation will be adequate. Replacing tires in pairs instead of 4 at a time isn't exactly the end of the world either. We will see, I'll keep my build thread updated as new information comes up.

I've had the opaque and it's pretty easy to tell they're overlays, you'd be better off w/ the darker tint, or even better going w/ the painted tails.

I think actually painting is too permanent a solution. But you're saying the 20% GTR looks better than the opaque?

Yes, the 20% looks more like a tint and less like vinyl compared to the opaque.
Just be patient and don't use too much heat, only use heat when absolutely necessary as the vinyl get harder to stretch the more it's been heated.

small lighting upgrade

Got my GTR map lenses and DD LEDs today. please excuse the crappy pics but I'm sure by now you've all seen DD upgrade pics.
I did the map lights, vanity lights, trunk and license plate. Bought the glove but will put it in when I change the filter.
I also think I should have gone brighter in the trunk. At first I thought maybe I should have gone brighter for the map lights but with the clear lenses, wow!!!

Gotta take off my front bumper to install an intake so I figure I might as well remove the grill and fog light trim to get them painted but I can't decide whether to go gloss or matte black for the grill.

Came home to find these waiting for me today. Niche Enyo M115 20x8.5 +25 & 20x10 +40. The Muteki SR48 open ended black were already here although now that I'm looking at it I might have wanted more contrast between wheel and lug nuts but oh well. Now I just need tires, a drop solution and Spring lol.

Should be a nice look, what tires & sizes are you going to run?
For best AWD compatibility I'd run 245/35/20 front 285/30/20 rear for a virtual variance of zero front to back, same situation w/ 235/35/20 & 275/30/20 both combos have a variance of 0.07% which is absolutely the best you can do running a staggered set.

Carbon Fiber Wrapped Interior Trim

Took a stab at wrapping my interior trim in CF today. Not perfect; I can see some creases but I think it came out ok for my first time wrapping anything in vinyl. Going to do the center console next weekend.
