I've been looking around for new jack stands, since I found out that my MVP pro lifts are dangerous. I checked out ESCO and they seem to be well suited for the G. There is a slotted robber puck on that our pinch weld would fit in perfectly. Some people say that the stands from Harbor Freight are also a good buy.

I have good old 3 ton craftsman. I also have the rhino ramps, & a Arcan 3 1/2-Ton floor Jack. All I need to work on anything.

I have these: 2-ton Aluminum Jack Stands (Pair) | OTC Tools

They're fine, but I'm not sure where to place them without bending the pinch weld. The mythical "Safety Stand Attachment S-NT002" continues to elude me.

Great Idea for lifting a car - YouTube

I too am loaded on craftsman 3+ ton jack stands from old school.

A neat idea. I place old steel wheels under the wheels when I just want to get the car up with the wheels on. It won't lift the car as high, but at least it's safe.

I just purchased the Harbor Freight 3 ton jacks with the rubber pads. They have a slot in the center of the lift bar that fits our pinch panel perfectly. Tomorrow the Stoptech slotted cryo rotors and Hawk pads go on.
