My car won't start, brake is locked. HELP

So last night I try to start my car in the garage and it seemed like the brake was locked in and it wouldn't go down so I could start my car.. Long story short the lights start flickering for about twenty minutes then stopped, I used a battery charger over night and nothing car doesn't work at all and doesn't respond to key fob.. And it's in my garage if I can't start it how do I get it out..what the hell is happening I'm pretty sure it's the battery but I could be wrong.. Please help

Test he battery. If it's good, then move to something else. If it's not good and won't take a charge, it's dead. Replace it.

If it is I would definitely replace it. Just take the battery out, take it to Sears/Autozone and they'll test it for you.

Test the battery and the alternator. I'd bet that one of them is bad.

Sometimes the battery looks fine from the outside but inside the battery is damaged. If battery does not charge over night then most likely the battery needs replacing.
