Depends on your dealership. When I wanted the interior lights to auto-dim after a 30 second delay they hooked the CONSULT up and was done before the Keurig coffee machine in the waiting room brewed my coffee. They didn't charge me because it was just a software setting adjustment and not a diagnostic or repair matter. In fact, if the dealership services your car, have the tech make the change while he's performing the service.
