Hey what's up G fam... Names Jason I'm from mass I just bought a black on black 08 G37s coupe. Im new to this site and to the car! I'm in love with it and have no complains, just a few questions.. I'm looking into mods and I know I need to lower the car and also have a few things planned such as paint my grill black number 1 also I'm looking into Vossen CVT's. I just want to see a G with 20in vossens sitting on factory height lol just wanna peak I'm sure it's going to be hard to find. One big interest in mind is a new front bumper such as theIPL. What worries me is the fact I have no fogs and how would the bumper look with a stock rear bumper and stock side skirts hmmmm. It's just a thought to what I've been thinking but well see what happens Thabks again!! Any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the site, congrats on your new (to you) Black coupe. As far as getting info, just browse the site for a bit and see what we've got, shoot some questions after taking the site for a spin

 

Don't do the front IPL if you are not going to go all the way. Just my opinion. I have a TP-S lip on my sport bumper and am starting to think it looks a little off without some lower sides. Some people think you should'nt make a reg 37 into an ipl... in my opinion the IPL is not ENOUGH different to deserve that kind of respect, as much of it IS cosmetic.

Lots of info on drops around here, depending on how deep you want to go. Spend some time looking around. Enjoy the place, spend a few weeks and a few months clicking the "today's posts" link and you will learn a lot.

 

FYI the aero front bumper came out BEFORE the IPL in 2010 on the anniversary edition. You're not makin the car into an IPL, you're adding an aero bumper.

If you like the front, go for it. It's your car.

Welcome and do your research when it's comes to mods , they do get expensive and may be addicting IMO

 

We know we got y'all in this forum covered thou. lol
No major Mod except wheels, springs, headlight mod and some parts need to be painted and that's all.
