Gents I bought a gently used 2012 37X coupe...what exactly did I not get that the S has?

What mods would be necessary to make it equivalent ?

What mods would I have done on that list even IF I got the S??

Thank you in advance for this academic process

If it's the same difference as going from a plain G37 to a G37S then the differences, I believe, are a different front bumper, bigger brakes, 6 speed manual (if you wanted it), 19" sports rims, and an upgraded suspension

Sport suspension. Slightly stiffer than the non-S variant. The big losses are the BBK and sport seats. Everything else can be had for relatively cheap, or can be modded out, such as wheels, suspension and body.

Sorry not that knowledgable about cars. I just read the brochure whem I bought it. I just wanted the 6 speed manual.

More off the top of my head are sports seats, which hug your sides, more than the normal g37 seats and can't forget the nice bright red S smacked on next to G37 on your trunklid.

Ok, So IF I upgrade the sways. Add a FSTB. Would I need newer springs or coilovers to match or surpass the S suspension?:
Bigger rotors and calipers may happen anyway.

I was able to find a set of Sport seats that i put in my X last month. It was a direct swap also. I sold my stock seats and the upgrade only ended up costing $400 maybe. IMO they are a great upgrade as i like the feeling of the seat hugging me, especially when going around corners.

If you haven't sat in the sport seats, i would say find a G37S for sale or at the dealer and sit in them. Some people don't like the 'tight' fit but i think they are perfect for me.

Also i think you miss out on the paddle shifters - if you like those. I also added as it was plug and play for me - but i found i don't use them that much.

Does the AWD have the quicker steering ratio like the RDW? Fortunately there's no LSD to worry about.
