IPL rear, V2 or V1?
Carbon Fiber V2 all day. It will look incredible on your car.... any car actually. I have the IPL front and sides and the v2 in the rear. it isn't as aggressive as it appears. The IPL sides also flow well into the rear splash guards if you look closely at the lines. I personally dont like the IPL rear - I like a sportier look, which a diffuser delivers. The fins coming down are pretty subtle and blend in, but look cool surrounding your exhaust. If you have the OEM exhaust still, the diffuser will probably hide the tips a little bit. My tips used to stick out about an inch, now theyre flush with the diffuser. The diffuser mesh under the license plate is mostly hidden under the plate from normal eye level, if you sit down on the ground though it looks dope as hell. Here are a bunch of pics from earlier today:
edit; my exhaust tips do push against the diffuser. I've tried adjusting them on my own when I installed the diffuser but couldnt get them to budge. likely will have to adjust the way the axleback is positioned and hanging. I put 3m double sided tape between the diffuser and tips to fill the very very small gap to stop the slight rattle I used to get. problem solved and no1 can see it. (tips are adjustable on their own but its the angle they come out at, just seems impossible for what I am able to do.)
edit 2; if you have oem style muffler, not the canisters - the diffuser hides it and makes it look like you have strait pipes/short tails ;P

And here is front and sides, then rear and sides:
