Considering a G37...
No package.... Nav is a stand alone option, 19 inch wheels are part of the sport package, and sunroof is part of the premium package.
I have a 2010 Journey coupe that came with the 19" wheels, sunroof, no nav. I assume you could get the nav in the Jorney coupe, right? Also, I like to gooseit a bit every now and then and I never once thought to myself, if I only had the LSD or the better brakes or the quicker steering. I guess it all depends what you think is acceptable in a car. No track and no super hard driving and a Journey is a greta car. Plus it's plenty quick in all circumstances. Sport models are also harder to find, at least where I am. The nav is a waste of money. Every smartphone has free navigation. For the once a year that I actually need navigation the smartphone works great! Ask yourself how many times a month you wish you had navigation? I bet 99% of us go a month at a time or more without even using it. That being said, money not an object I would have gotten the sport just for the appearance of the brakes, front bumper, etc. The car I got was a steal IMO. Low miles and perfect inside and out.
