Just a few questions about ma coupe

Hi,just a few questions after having went to the dealer to look at my car.
(slip light kept coming on and I looked up on here and told them it was probably from brake fluid low)

I have a 2008 G37S 6MT with 52K

Anyway after they looked at it they told me some things I have some questions.

1. They said my brake pads are low in the rear (3mm) and offered to replace at 365. but that is just for the rear. Should I go ahead and get after market brakes or is this price fair?

2. I also bought some wheels for my rear tires and put those on at a different auto shop and asked them to put the wheels (from the rear) on the front. They said these cant be put on the front. (they are 245) I thought you can put up to 245 on the front and 275 on the back which is what I have on the back now. Should I just try somewhere else or are they right?

3. I am going to get my battery replaced and decided to go with braille battery is the weight savings really that much better?

I am by no means trying to pass off my problems to you guys to solve them for me I would just like to see if there are more options available to me.

1. That is HUGE rip OFF!!! U can find stoptech pads which are great for about 65-75

2. Im confused...i think you are confusing wheels with tires..not sure what you mean.

3. waste of money just get an oem equivalent

2. If you have them put on the front, you will have wider tires/wheels in the front than the back. I don't think that's optimal for a RWD car. I also believe if you put the wider tires in front it'll throw off the car's balance. Probably mess with your traction too.

There's a 12mm bolt that has to come off the front rotor to allow the back wheels to be mounted up front.
