To convert the fogs you currently have in your headlights to the bottom grills of the ipl bumper. You don't need it, unless you wants fogs there.

Thats only if you want the extra foglights on the bottom side vents of the bumper. If not, then you can just purchase a faux grills without the foglight cutout.

He's talking about the foglights inside the headlight assembly. Everyone has it from MY 2011 and below.

The "Fog light conversion kit" is for the AERO bumper, not the IPL bumper.

The AERO bumper has flat fillers "FAUX GRILLS", where you can not install fog lamps.

The "kit" are the panels with holes ready for fog lamps.

The IPL bumper has the fog light conversion kit already installed, all you need is lamps.

AERO Bumper + Kit = IPL Bumper

The AERO Bumper is from 2010, when there were no fogs in the bumpers.
The IPL grill is from 2011 and up, when Infiniti released bumper fogs.

Got it??

Check the vendors section. There's a couple infiniti dealers on there that offer competitive prices for OEM and aftermarket. Otherwise, a lot of members use Ebay and an infiniti parts website I forget off the top of my head.
