Sad day...

Hey everyone! Some might remember me... It's been a while but life takes over... Moved to center city with my girlfriend.... A few months, here's my welcoming gift... Bye bye vossens

Did you put wheel locks on your car?

^ Yeah...I know Infiniti's don't come with wheel locks standard, which makes it really annoying and easy for anyone to steal wheels off of them.

At least Lexus comes with wheel locks standard.

I just leased a 2013 g37xs coupe with the 19's and I immediately bought a set of wheel locks

Terrible... On your next set of wheels I would get 2 or 3 on there, most wheel theives have a whole bag of keys. Don't trust in just one lock.

Thanks everyone for the support... I've had vossens on my car for several years and unfortunately never thought of the wheel locks... Yeah, rookie mistake.... I'm not sure how to go with insurance and say I had aftermarket wheels or say nothing about what type of wheels they were

Wheel locks may have stopped them this time, but they would have probably just come back with oversized sockets and a mallet to get them off. Sorry for your loss though. As far as insurance, the replacement cost on stock wheels might bound what you paid for the Vossens. OEM wheels can be a total ripoff.

If I were you. I'd search eBay for your wheels used to see if some iddiot decides to sell them that way.

Check Craigslist as well. You may be able to find them. That really is painful to look at. Milk plastic crates... I'm sure your insurance will come through and you'll be out on top.
