Performance Question
So i'm thhinking of getting some Berk HFC's, Stillen Headers, and either MagnaFlow or MXP Full Exhaust. Does anybody have this setup already , if so how do you like it? I'm looking to add some power and an aggressive sound. I already have a Stillen Gen. 3 LongnTube Intake installed, and these are the next upgrades i'm looking to do. Any other recommendations are greatly appreciated. It's a 2008 G37S Coupe btw.

My opinion is look for a good value exhaust, but don't overspend yourself. E370 sounds awesome with stock cats/headers, but you pay big $ (IMHO). Since you are getting HFC and headers it will be loud one way or the other. I'd avoid something overly loud in pure catback form (with no HFC / Headers) and consider something a little more restrained because otherwise you will be extremely loud.
Magnaflow has a poor reputation from the G37 community but it's up to you to decide.
It is recommended not to do HFC's or test pipes with MXP so from what I have learned, I would not choose either of the systems you mentioned.
There is a video on youtube of borla with Berk HFC's that sounds good (IMO).

your setups that you mention will probably rasp quite a bit. Like others said, magnaflow has a bad rep and MXP seems to rasp like PGviper states.
Headers are kind of worthless powerwise(maybe +5hp when adding in conjunction with other things) and are a PITA to install. Expect to pay $800+ from the dealer just for installation or you could find a smaller shop that would do it for around $400.
Berk HFCs really do rasp a little more than others. Some have good luck, some dont. Mine rasp in the y pipe a lot. There was a guy who had his in the shop who got stillen headers, berk hfc, and stillen cat back and it sounds like a bunch of bees buzzing and hissing in the y pipe. To give you an idea, here is mine with berk hfc with the motordyne y pipe installed. First part is the straight section like a normal y pipe and listen to the rasp!
The motordyne e370 is the best sound i have ever heard on our cars. But.... fitment is poor for the price you pay and its VERY loud. If you did that, it would add noticeable power and sound amazing and you wouldn't need to spend money (500 headers+400 install headers,+ 440 berk hfc +100 install = $1440) on the additional mods. NO RASP whatsoever, not even a deceleration hiss
Here are 2 vids with my car with e370 and berk hfcs only.
