Guinea Pig - Carbon Fiber Roof

SO I got bored yesterday... after being disappointed about receiving the wrong bluebat overlays.. My buddy at the shop received his shipment of 3M Dinoc that they're wrapping a Gallardo in.. We decided to do my roof.

What'cha Think?

Looks good. Are you going to wrap the antenna?

looks good... think glossy black wouldve flowed a little better with the sunroof... but hey, different strokes for different folks...

yeah, if it was more glossy I'd be a happier camper.. but hey.. this material came in, we gave it a try.. it's "semi-glossy" but I'd love for it to look factory with the sheen to it..

I think I'll leave the antenna for now.. unless it breaks up the continuity too much.. I'll decide this weekend.. maybe this damn monsoon outside will subside.

Very nice job... and that's coming from a person who hates overlays.

Would wrapping the antenna affect any signal loss? I'm doubting it.. but curious..

^^Not with vinyl. However, I put an actual cf roof cap on my car and did not remove the cover and I lost reception.

I like it. Wet CF (glossy) would look better though. And I would definitely wrap the antenna as well.
