theres no real answer which is better, the all sound incredible, its more of how loud do you want the car. i chose 12" and i love my decision. i'm in orlando, and now that the exhaust is broken in you're more than welcome to meet up and i'll let ya hear it in person. yes he does, he requires a deposit upfront then you pay as its it goes, as long as it's paid in full when its done
